We pay great attention to the raw materials we use: the best grains, natural oils and excellent white wine.

We follow the old traditional recipes of our grandmothers to preserve the original taste of the past. Many products are strictly handmade by the ladies custodians of the ancient recipes and the boiling of the taralli is the authentic one, which makes the product unique and inimitable.
